The project `Research and Analysis of the Situation in the Region` started in 2017 and is still under way. It has been financed by the Office of High Commissioner on National Minorities, and OSCE. In the framework of the project, the CIPDD prepares monthly reports in Russian and English on political, economic, socio-cultural, and institutional indicators in the region of monthly reports from local correspondents and reviews of the Georgian media coverage of the problems of Samtskhe-Javakheti. The reports are meant only for the Georgian Foreign Ministry and OSCE to help the organisations plan and implement policies more efficiently.
