On March 13, First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Mr. Shergelashvili, introduced the basic principles of development strategy for Decentralization and self-governments, to the representatives of NGO-s of Shida Kartli region and discussed the main directions for the strategy with them.
