On February 12, Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development held a roundtable discussion on the topic: “Bill on insulting the Religious Feeling”. Discussion speakers (Ghia Nodia-Caucasus Institute fror Peace, Democracy and Developmetn; Giorgi Meladze-Ilia State University) and the round table participant discussed the bill which will make religious irreverence punishable.
The public Discussion was held in the frame of the project “Religion, Government and Society”, which is funded by National Endowment for Democracy.
