The CIPDD work is strategically guided and supervised by a board of 7 members. CIPDD is led by the chairman , Ghia Nodia , its executive director is Avtandil Jokhadze, who is mainly responsible for administrative issues. Projects carried out by the institute are supervised and managed by the executive council, which is composed of project directors, chairman, executive director and development officer. The CIPDD staff is divided into the administrative staff and the programme staff.
