In September of 2017, workshops took place for the project `Civic Integration of Avar and Georgian Youth`, which brought together Avar and Georgian youth from the municipality of Kvareli in order to begin to implement integration.

On International Tolerance Day, November 16th, 2018, the Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development was awarded with the title of `Supporter of Tolerance` for the project `World Religions Club`by the Council of Religions under the auspices of the Public Defender’s Office of Georgia! The organizers of the project would like to thank the Council of Religions, the Tolerance Centre, and the Ombudsman’s Office for this prestigious honor.
