Involvement of women in community development - experiences and problems in four regions of Georgia The Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development, together with its regional partners, implements rural community development projects. Work experience has led the organization to take an interest in the reasons for the lack of involvement of women in community development projects.
