A training was organised by the CIPDD in the framework of the Bread for the World funded project `Local Communities and Authorities for Development`.  The session was attended by representatives of 7 individual initiatives based in the villages of Chvana, Tskhemlisi, Bekami, Kveshi, Disveli, Ghreli, and Tsivadzeebi from 4 municipalities. The objective of the training sessions was for the citizenry to learn about opportunities afforded to them for civil participation.

The Representative of the Japanese embassy, the CIPDD, and government officials from the municipality of Akhaltsikhe held a meeting where they consented to a cooperation agreement, as well as future plans for development.

The selected researcher must analyse the findings on migration of a focus group in one of the studies dealing with such a matter, as well as prepare a 30-40 page report. The task must be completed within 3 weeks.
