Student Debates were held in five university cities: Telavi , Akhaltsikhe, Kutaisi, Batumi and Tbilisi. The debates " The role of fair elections in the democracy development process" was carried out with financial support of the Council of Europe.
August 5-11, 2013 CIPDD hosted a summer camp for the winners of the undergraduat student debates from five cities:Tbilisi, Telavi , Akhaltsikhe, Kutaisi, Batumi. Team from Akaltsikhe won the debates after a final match with the students from Batumi.
