Since December 15, 2012 UDM has started implementation of the project in three municipalities of Samtskhe-Javakheti (Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda) . The project aims to promote public awareness of the rights and responsibilities of local government. Advice Centre's lawyers of Samtskhe-Javakheti (Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda) held a meeting with the youth groups. Young people were informed about local government activites. On 20-23 December, 2012 a group of young people together with the lawyers visited villages of Samtskhe-Javakheti region. Local population got information treble and was informed about project activites.
