June 18-30, student debates were held in five university cities: Telavi , Akhaltsikhe, Kutaisi, Batumi and Tbilisi. The debates " The role of fair elections in the democracy development process" was carried out with financial support of the Council of Europe. Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development/CIPDD awarded all finalist team members with book gift cards and diplomas. Finalist and semi finalist were awarded with: first place - Tablet PC, Second place- mobile phones. 5-11 August, CIPDD will host a summer camp where finalist teams will participate in the final debates.
