Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development announces a position of Junior Researcher for the period of November 2015 – April 2016 in the framework of Young Professional Development Program funded by Open Society Foundation (Detailed information on the program available http://www.opensocietyfoundations.org/grants/think-tank-young-professional-development-program-20150505
Junior Researcher must select one of the following potential topics of work:
1) Issues of religious minorities
2) Issues of decentralization

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

1) Be a graduate of MA, LLM or PHD from a OECD countries in the last three years;
2) Be fluent in English and Georgian;
3) Have basic knowledge and some experience in conducting qualitative research, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, desk research;
4) Be a citizen of permanent resident of the countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the western Balkans, South Caucasus and Central Asia
5) Applicants should be between 23 and 35 years at the time of application
