Since December 15, 2012 UDM has started implementation of the project in three municipalities of Samtskhe-Javakheti (Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda) . The project aims to promote public awareness of the rights and responsibilities of local government. Advice Centre's lawyers of Samtskhe-Javakheti (Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda) held a meeting with the youth groups.
